GRAAR gives BACK

As a thank you for all the Adventure Racers who have supported GRAAR and the Adventure Challenges over the years, we are giving back.  We would like to offer a race sponsorship for a team to this year’s Rage Adventure Racing.  This year’s RAGE is a 28 hour race put on by Infiterra Sports located just west of Cadillac, Michigan in the beautiful Manistee National Forest.  This event is the best that Michigan Adventure Racing has to offer.  More information on the Rage can be found at this webpage:

We are accepting Team Applications for the sponsorship by July 1^st, 2012.  The selected team will get a free entry for 2 (or 50% for a team of 4).  This is a $400 value!! 

Applications can be emailed in any format but we suggest PDF or Microsoft Word.  Email to Michael@graar.org.  This will be in Resume’ style applications with required info and suggested info listed below.  Selection process will be conducted by Grand Rapids Area Adventure Racing after the July 1^st deadline and will be subjective to many variables proved by each applicant.

Suggested info:

Why do you feel you should receive this sponsorship?  What got you into adventure racing?  How many adventure races have you done, what races, how long, what was your favorite race and why?  Have you raced the Rage before?  If you don’t get this sponsorship, do you plan on still racing the 2012 Rage?
